Is Head Coaching a full-time job?

I think HC is motivator and leader first, Oversight on tempo and rythym of the game. Go back and look at some of the most successful coaches . They keep their teams focused and motivated, they never take the foot off the pedal and they go for the jugular in the game and they hold coaches and players accountable and maintain a high standard for the team.

I think these are far more impoortant than X's and O's There are plenty of willing X's and O's out there not enough leaders my 2 cents
