Prefer type of coach? An offensive, A defensive, or a middle guy?

Didn't you get the memo? It's no longer about Rizzi's coaching career. It's now just about his coaching career in the NFL or a major college program. CFL experiences count too, but none of Rizzi's experience outside of being a Special Teams coordinator counts, including his interim head coaching experience.

Even if the Saints go undefeated for the rest of the regular season, it won't count as successful head coaching experience for Rizzi, because he's just a Special Teams guy who doesn't know anything about offense or defense.
SMH Go back and look at my posts I've said the same thing about Rizzi from the start . NO experience at the NFL level or major college level on EITHER offense or defense. Not even as a position coach. EVERY other successful NFL HC has had experience either as a DC, OC or a position coach in the NFL or major college
For Rizzi to be successful he would have to have a great OC and DC , also a great scouting dept and very good GM. Just like Campbell has. Ohh and the 19 top 100 draft picks over 5 yrs including a #3,#5 and #8 pick like Campbell has wouldn't hurt
