How many people are usually at your Thanksgiving?

I had one cousin (father's cousin) who had 4 kids - all other subsets of the family on both sides has 2 or no kids
I just realized now that i'm the only one who still lives in new orleans
so our gatherings are fairly small (4-6)
when I lived in NYC my ex's brother lived down the street from us in Brooklyn - his (and his wife's) brownstone would host thanksgiving/Friendsgiving for about 25 people - we were all jammed in there and it was great

growing up we would go to my grandparents' in north Mississippi - that would be about 10 people and meal was great and we would always go and chop down a Christmas tree
