I have to confess that I have never had a McRib. It always looked like it would just be a gross mess of ground parts of pork that are usually thrown away with some pink slime added for texture. Or am I missing out on a culinary masterpiece?
It's definitely not a masterpiece, but as far as a McDonald's sandwich goes, it isn't half bad. I'll have one, but it's pretty much once a year for something different.
