Jahri Evans Is A Semifinalist For The HOF

HoF elects 4-9 players per year.

For about a decade now there’s been chatter about an election backlog, and it’s only grown as more greats finish their careers.

That decade coincides with a run of non-worthy QBs hanging em up, since that position seems to be more boom-or-bust in terms of HoF worthiness/belief thereof.

This persists even with most recent classes being on the high side - most recent classes have elected at least seven, with a bigger 2020 class for the 100-year NFL anniversary.

It's actually 4-8. Those are chosen from 20 finalists made up from 15 modern era players, 3 veteran players, 1 coach, and 1 contributor.
