McRib (Update: It's Back!)

I have to confess that I have never had a McRib. It always looked like it would just be a gross mess of ground parts of pork that are usually thrown away with some pink slime added for texture. Or am I missing out on a culinary masterpiece?
i haven't had one either, but apparently, i can't reach the counter and the employees don't like it when you shout at them with your order.
