Should Saints pursue WR Tee Higgins?

Calvin Ridley got 4yrs/$92mil. I think Tee Higgins is a better player.

I'd love to have him but I just don't think it would be worth the restructuring gymnastics to make it happen. You're not just signing him, your strapping yourself to other players that you might want/need to move off.
