Exactally, it is about setting your young QB up with the right coaching. Tua looks great when he is healthy.
Look at the Panthers all of a sudden the light finally looks like it may have went on for Bryce Young. He now has a good coach that knows how to develop a QB. Think if they had did that from day 1. Essentially his development restarted at the beginning of this year (it got him benched) had they done it right the first time he would light years from where he is at now. Suddenly, it looks like he is having fun again playing football.
It’s why we need to be very careful in who we pick to be our coach and Flores is not the guy you want anywhere near a rookie QB.
