Flores wasn’t a disaster in Miami but he certainly wasn’t good either and would be a very uninspiring hire. I’d prefer us to go down the route of hiring on offensive coach and drafting a QB early within the next two drafts.
However, the only defensive coaches that should be on the shortlist are Aaron Glenn, Mike Vrabel and Jesse Minter.
