Yep and is 100% why I would never want him as a coach. He was angry that the Dolphins didn’t pick who he wanted so he pouted by setting Tua up to fail so he would be right and whoever pushed for Tua be it the GM or Mr. Ross was proven wrong.
That pretty much shows you Flores is all about Flores. He is not about the team or working together with others he is about it’s my way or else. He doesn’t have the skins on the wall to behave that way.
This is an issue many Patriot assistant coaches have they want to be Bill but they don’t have the trophy case Bill has that allows Bill to act like Bill.
