No Way Rizzi can be our HC

This has been going on for the past 3+ years

-Lack of tempo on the offense side of the ball whether we're leading or losing.
-Defense getting shredded by the run and miss tackles
- Injury bug demolish our season
- No accountability. It literally took the owner of the team to tell the GM his job to fire the head coach.

I don't even care about the playoffs anymore just finish the season with pride. Start getting rid of some players and staffs.
