No Way Rizzi can be our HC

Too often, our franchise (fans included) gets so attached to people, whether that be players or coaches. I get it. I would love to do it our way, to have one of what we think is "our guys" lead this ship and change the trajectory of this franchise currently. However, it just does not seem realistic.

I do not know how anyone can look at what we have seen over the last few years and not think we need a complete overhaul and an injection of fresh/new ideas. Will it work? I do not have any idea. What I do know is nothing we have been doing is working. We must do something different. We are not changing GMs until ML decides to retire or step down, I doubt that is coming anytime soon.

Change the HC in the offseason and let him hire his staff. Please get someone who did not coach here previously in the SP era. That is what I am hoping anyway. However, whatever they do or whoever they choose, I will be right here thinking we can make our run at any time lol, I love pain...I guess. hahah
