I think he did all he could to make it happen with Payton and was pretty successfuloverall, but for the last several years, coaching and personnel decisions have been suspect at best. I haven't completely lost trust in Loomis, but, because of his reluctance to hold Allen accountable I'm growing more skeptical and less confident in his abilities as a GM. I wouldn't call him a bad guy tho.
