I really think people give way too much credit/blame on personnel decisions on Loomis, He not a football guy we can't tell if a WR or DT is the player we need to get us to the SB so we have to move up to get him. He goes by what the HC and scouting dept says. If its Payton and he says we need Davenport to get us to the SB , go get him , that's what he'll do. I'm sure they'd have to explain why and how much to pay for the move but he'll defer to them most of the time
