Should have kept Jameis
Jameis is totally the QB that throws for 497 yards but also has two pick 6s for 167 yards. He's a top level backup because he can come in and have that great game at any time, but he can also come in and throw 3 picks at any time. He's just too inconsistent to be a starter, but I think his ability to just sling it and have great game is valuable as a backup. Carr doesn't win you any games and he doesn't lose you many on his own. Jameis can win you a few games on his own but he is also going to lose you several games on his own.
