Is All Hope Lost?

We started going downhill when Dennis Allen took over.

The tall tale sign was when they asked "How is it like now without SP in the locker room", this was during training camp. The player said, "Its a lot less stressful, SP would go up to players critique them and tell them about things to do in the week then ask them questions throughout the week. Things are more relaxed now"

That was the turning point in the franchise right there... While Rizzi isnt good long term as far as Xs and Os.. getting accountability back in the locker room is something we have been missing.. because it doesnt matter how tight nit the family is.. if people feel like their work doesnt matter because other players arent putting forth the same effort.. then all sheet hits the fan.

(on another note.. I would like to say.. ive been impressed with the WR play from players that arent even within the spectrum of a household name.. they catch the ball nice.. they try to turn up field as well. I feel like Kamara needs to go back to the fundamentals of catching out the back field.. Im sure he is a extremely hard worker.. but there have been some head scratchers.. and I think its a lot to do with being hung out to dry on those passes.. that wasnt a thing with DB)
