It took the Steelers 46 years to win it's first SB, even with Chuck Knoll it took a few years until Terry Bradshaw, Joe Green, Jack Ham, and other HOF's gelled into a championship quality team.
I feel we have a winning tradition installed in this franchise; we just need to get the right players together again starting with a head coach and a QB who has the"it"
factor.
