Saturday must be the day Hill will be IRed on roster promotion day, the day before gameday.

Otherwise there may be an unlikely chance that Hill won’t have to miss a lot of time after second opinion. A lot of times second opinions takes between a handful of days to 2 weeks.

Good point. Maybe they just figure it's a formality at this stage and they just want to wait before deciding and/or showing their hand as to what player they will call up for Sunday.
