Tony Khan has developed a reputation for straight up ghosting his employees. Punk said the same thing as Fenix about him going radio silent when he started asking about medical care, and many talents that had their contracts not renewed have said Khan started ghosting them when they started asking about their contract status.

I never thought I'd say this, but I now think Punk was 100% right about Khan and AEW. TK is not a leader, he's a nepobaby playing wrestling promoter, and AEW is not a serious company because of it.
