MNF’s Simpsons broadcast

I’ve never watched that show. May have to give it a try, heard so much about it over the years.
You have 36 seasons, about 30+ plus Treehouse of Horror Halloween specials, and one full-length feature movie to catch up on. That's a significantly tall task to execute plus quite a few fans of the show who are in their late 40's/early 50's right now werent even in HS or college when the sitcom first starting airing full-time in 1989 and not as a crudely-designed, hard-to-follow short animated series that aired during the Tracey Ullman Show on Fox in the summer of 1987.

Nearly two generations of Americans and fans worldwide have loved, hated, respected, adored, lost faith or reliance in the quality and competency of the script-writing, episodic plots, losing and gaining key characters, some original voice actors/actresses dying and being retired, but the Simpsons still remains an American treasure, an icon worth holding on to and being a wonderful, cinematic beacon to our childhoods and a more simpler, happier time.
