I am fairly certain it's his personal experiences that radicalized him to this point and I'd wager he had claims denied directly from UHC.

Actually, we haven't really heard all that much from his family and friends as apparently they have not been in contact with him for months. I dunno, I just don't think much of this guy's radicalization story as the face of healthcare reform as someone to feel sorry for.
