They know who they want to start they just cant afford to lose any small edge because the 2 quarterbacks do not equal 1 Mid NFL starter at this point in their careers. It justs adds a small stressor for the DC of Washington.

Sure it keeps the opposing team guessing but it has a similar effect on your own team. Receivers have to get used to timing w/ 2 different QBs, OL deals w/ different cadences too yes?
