I think one of the things people on this forum need to keep in mind is it usually takes 2-4 years for even high round DT prospects to develop into plus starters. These guys take time and thinking a draft pick is going to come in and solve problems on the interior year 1 is very unrealistic. Quinnen Williams was getting labeled as a bust after his rookie season. Eagles fans were ragging on Jordan Davis year 1. Onyemata was bad as a rookie. Akiem Hicks was bad as a rookie. Dexter Lawrence was average for the first few years. People have been ragging on Bresee all season and he's already got double the production a lot of these guys had in their first two years. We drafted a developmental NT last year. You mentioned Ridgeway. There are some young guys on the roster that have the talent, they just need the time and opportunity to master the position. They're playing against guys of equal size that have been mastering their craft for 5-10 years at the NFL level and are often times trying to take on 2 of them at once.
