Just had to use friends son to run one up in Covington to get photos of roof. Companies will jump on Google Earth, and if there is just a slight discoloration, or the resolution is blurred, they will question the condition of roof ( and deny quoting it )
As for claims, adjusters absolutely use to keep from having to climb up and walk a roof. Especially pitched roofs.
but they arent working at night.
