Sure. But that's generally what you get from rookie QBs. Rattler clearly is not ready to be an NFL starter, but he has shown flashes so he is worth keeping around to develop. Maybe with another offseason and training camp he will be ready to be an NFL starter. Or maybe he won't be. So like I said they need to keep brining in young QBs until they find The One. All I think we know now is that Haner is not going to be that guy and Rattler isn't far enough along to justify not adding another young QB to develop.
