Have Green and Griffin been fired yet....just asking for a friend

Seriously though....when is enough enough? It's painfully obvious nothing Griffin has done and Green is doing has worked.
There are teams with way less talent in the league doing way better then the Pels. Why hasn't anyone been held accountable and fired?
