Best Case Draft Scenario (Realistic)

I'd be looking at DE but whatever we do we need a leader, Payton has put his stamp on the Broncos very quickly. We need that type of leadership and then go from there. Currently there is a lack of leadership at the top and I don't mean get rid of Loomis or that I don't like Rizzi; but, we need that Payton type head coach who knows what he needs to build a team and then he can work with the GM to build it.
