Making the case to heavily pursue Joe Brady for Head Coach

I’ll say this about Joe Brady. I wouldn’t be upset if he ended up becoming our HC his track record speaks for its self. I know his role/part in LSU’s championship run is often times overblown but his results in the NFL speak for themselves.

The only worry I would have is does he have the right personality to be a head coach? After what we saw out of Allen where you can have an X&O’s genius but if he doesn’t have the fire, passion and personality he can’t hold it all together.

Also you have to look at his work this season and wonder how much of that is Allen and how much of that is Joe Brady. I have seen a lot of QB’s and got to watch the GOAT play here for 15 years up close, but I don’t think I have ever seen a QB quite like Allen. I know Patrick Mahomes gets the love because he has the hardware and Joe Burrow is the ruthless assassin that can be a one man army of one but Allen is the best of the 3, so it’s not every day you get to work with someone like that. Also, to be honest he’s not going to have anywhere near that here and that system of offense needs an elite QB to succeed. I just worry that Carr would break Joe Brady.
