Making the case to heavily pursue Joe Brady for Head Coach

I love Joe Brady as an OC but It's not enough to just be good as an OC (or DC), imo. I don't see him as HC material because I don't see him as a culture changer, which is what I think we need.

For example, Sean Payton was a good OC prior to 2006 but on top of that, he changed the culture here. Combine him with a Drew Brees just coming into his own and we had the formula for title runs.

For my money, I think Vrabel is the guy we target. I'm surprised he didn't get a gig last year but that might've been his own decision.
