Making the case to heavily pursue Joe Brady for Head Coach

No sheet? I had no idea.

The point isn't that he won't talk to fans, the point is that he may not have the right personality to lead a team and an organization. Think Pete Carmichael, Dennis Allen, etc. They are both good X and O guys but they lack the personality to lead the team and the organization. If Brady is an introvert, that's generally not the right personality trait for a head coach.

That is backed up by rumors that Brady does not interview well.

Im not sure theres enough info on introvert personalities being a hinderance to the head coaching position, but I do agree it seems logical that it would be. Bill Bellichick. was a know introvert. But just so you know, it seems as if Joe Brady is more known as an ENTJ, which means extraverted, intuitive, thinking, and judging. This matches the profile of Kevin O'Connell and Sean McVay and is known as a common personality type for coaches across all sports and coaching positions as well.

Also, I've met a few people who worked as coaches/trainers and even players in the NFL, as well as an actors, and a common theme is that none of em always enjoy random people constantly coming up to them all the time. This is reference to a different post where someone said they recall reading something long ago when Brady was with LSU and commented about people coming up to him. It seems Brady is just one of the few who have spoken up about it publicly
