Early Saints 2025 4-Rd Mock Draft: Georgia DE Mykel Williams at no.10

To be fair, we drafted a WR at #11 and a LT at #19 3 years ago and took a LT at #14 last year. That's 3 first round picks on the offense in 3 years. We all want more playmakers, but it's not like they haven't spent first round draft capital on the offense and Bowers was taken before we picked last year.

And after seeing our OL with Fuaga and Penning this year, I can't imagine how bad it would have been without them.

Anway, I thought you were a BPA guy? Are you now a BPA at an offensive skill position guy?

We drafted a slight of body finesse #2 WR and 2 fat boys... I ain't talking about offensive players... I am talking about physical playmakers without injury history / durability concerns - that can not only come in and provide points right away... But can also develop into core of young offensive focal points.

I am a BPA guy given the situation... after the 2017 draft up to the point when Drew and Sean left... I was a BPA guy... We are way past that... I am now a "we must build an offense that can score points to be competitive or I may need a new liver guy"....

2020 I was all about Jefferson, Ayiuk or Love - We missed on JJ - But passed on Love and Ayuik and took Ruiz - FML
2021 I was all about Bateman or Etienne - We passed on both and took Turner - FML
2022 I was all about Wilson, Olave, and Pickett - We missed on Wilson and took Olave then passed on Pickett (Whew!) and took Penning - 6 one way / Half dozen the other - FML still
2023 I was all about Gibbs, Kincaid, and LaPorta - We missed on Gibbs and Kincaid, then passed on LaPorta and took Bresee - Not horrible - but still FML
2024 I was all about Bowers and no one else with a consolation prize of BTJ on a trade down - We missed by one pick on Bowers - Passed on BTJ and took Fuaga - Good player but no points scored by Fuaga - Once more... FML
