A Complete Unknown (Timothy Chalamet plays Bob Dylan)

This came out yesterday - I hope to see it this weekend. I am an enormous Bob Dylan fan, and I think Chalamet is quite good. I saw his interview with Theo Vonn and he was clearly very into playing this role. He said he "wanted to make a great movie because I forking love Bob Dylan." The film also has Edward Norton as Pete Seeger, Elle Fanning as Sylvie Russo, Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez, Boyd Holbrook as Johnny Cash, and Scoot McNairy as Woody Guthrie.

The biopic is actually just the four years between Dylan's arrival in Greenwich Village to his famous "going electric" set at the Newport Folk Fest in 1965. Like most biopics, the film apparently takes some liberties and I'm sure the Dylanites - many of whom are likely entirely insufferable - will never be happy with any Hollywood presentation. But I'm just hoping to enjoy seeing this kind of recreation of that period.
