RB Ashton Jeanty as the Saints 1st pick?

The Saints need a Gibbs type guy. Dynamic. Can take it to the house. Or, a true bell cow guy and let Kamara limit his touches. I don't see the value of Jeanty at #10 over more pressing needs.
