Odds of Rizzi Getting Permanent Job and, If So, What Type of Contract

I don't like it but here is my gut feeling.

There were "Rumors", as in people on this site claiming that Loomis was on a head trip to prove he can win a championship without Sean Payton, as if his philosophy was that head coach doesn't really matter.

The only thing that gives any credit to that "rumor" (again, someone on SR posted that a couple months ago), is that Loomis selected DA to be head coach which makes zero sense. Anyone who watched the Raiders knew the disaster that was coming.

Loomis also said he wanted to stay "in house". There's also suspicion that he was being lazy in his Dennis Allen selection.

If either one of these are true and/or that's where his philosophy still lies, then I'm going to say there's a near 100% chance he stays with Rizzi.

I'll go out on a limb and say this as well. My suspicion with Rizzi as head coach is that the floor is limitless while the ceiling is a playoff berth, never seeing an NFC championship.
If you can find just where ML said he wanted to keep the hiring " In House" I'd like to see it. Everything I've read or heard was that SP recommended DA for the job.
