No you don't need money and time to sue someone. Plaintiff's attorneys work on contingency fees. They don't charge you anything and the most time anyone would need to spend is to sit for a deposition.

I sure do. I went through civil courts twice both as a plaintiff. It depends on the cases, plaintiff’s attorneys not always work on contingency.
Do you think a plaintiff’s attorney would take up a contingency case for someone making $40,000 a year who needs a medical procedure for her kid that costs about $15,000 but was denied by her medical insurance?
How many people do you think are in that situation?
