I use the Outdoor Gourmet 90 qt from Academy sports. It isn't exactly light on the wallet ($450), but it certainly is nice and works well boiling one sack at a time. My former burner was built by my long deceased Uncle and sounded like a rocket during blast-off. The regulator was the key for that thing and most regulators had too little flow, so you could combine the high-pressure regulator from the old Bayou Classic with your newer King Kooker and come up with something that works for you. If you don't want to remove the old hose, Amazon sells a 40 PSI Bayou Classic High Pressure regulator for $37.
