Head Coach if there is no GM change

I am not thrilled with either Glenn or Brady. Again, I want someone without any connections to the organization, someone from the outside who can offer a different prospective and who is not beholden to a single person on Airline. And Brady has had his struggles as well as his successes as an NFL assistant, and I do not know whether he has the leadership skills and maturity needed to be a head coach. My top choice is Mike Vrabel. We will not land him.
