Nope, not really. Conflating the overall failure of the team, staff and organisation into meaning that each and every one of its individual endeavours were inherently a failure is the conclusion of a mind failing at the basic requirements of critical thinking.
The season is an abject failure. The HC couldn't fulfill the role he held. The staff and players have done very badly on so, so many fronts. But that doesn't mean they did nothing whatsoever right. That's just silly.
