Mark Sanchez said it best. A full offseason in an NFL program could do wonders for Rattlers development. Still think he’s a “see what we have in year 3” kind of guy.

The talent is there but

A. Decision making needs to improve
B. Bad footwork and habits lead to spotty Ball location and high throws.
C. Pre-Snap recognition and having answers for the blitz. That may be more scheme than him.
D. Needs to learn to put touch on his passes.

and do we currently have an "NFL program"??? Do we get one cleaning house? Bringing in fresh ideas and philosophy?

So many things to address and one offseason isn't going to right this listing ship. too many holes to plug. Im fine with Rattler being the bridge because we have seen his ceiling. I would be happy to be wrong, but I don't think his game will improve to become a true franchise QB.

first thing first - address the front office and coaching. Admit that we have some rough days ahead, gotta clean up the cap, get the right coaching and players in here and work toward becoming competitive. Next would be conditioning. These young men need to take ( or be held ) accountability for what they do/don't do to get right for the 17 game season.
