These are all pretty significant things he needs to improve upon to be a viable NFL QB.

How many truly successfully NFL QBs had that many things to improve upon going into their first offseason? Not being snarky, just seriously curious.

These are all fundamental things. Things that he should have mastered ( or at least improved on ) in college.
How do you change his "decision making "? I mean, it's innate. he has played football for 80% of his life, and developed his game as it fit him. Now we have to figure a way to change his natural response/habit?
