If I sat back and allowed my people , my country, my faction or religion to rape and kill innocent women and children any fate the fell upon me and mine is deserved.
The flaw in this very black and white logic is among other things the irony that Israel is the one who has killed innocent women and children for over a year more than on October 7th and in numbers much, higher.
You seem to want to focus on October 7th for these reasons, but I haven’t heard anything about every damn day since then.
So innocent people in Israel would also be “deserving” of whatever came to them for their military’s role in the atrocities you have already defined. Let’s be real - that’s not right.
The narrative kind of falls apart. It’s full of holes. And it isn’t any way for humans to seriously act if they care about the wellbeing of others.
