Raiders game should end Loomis' tenure as GM in the off season

This is a valid reason to want a new GM. It's not easy to rebuild. IF you think CSP was doing a lot of the GM decisionmaking that has since been taken on by Loomis, then going from the divisional round of the playoffs to maybe the worst team in the NFL in less than 3 seasons after CSP's departure is pretty damning in terms of a GM's results.
