Upgrade Guard and trade Cesar Ruiz

We need a coach to come in and get some production out of what we have. Sorry, no way all our 1st and 2nd rounders we drafted have regressed to udfa since leaving college. Changing this season to a 49rsstyle offense hasn’t helped on the injury side as well that offense eats up o linemen.
