True. But no one in their right mind is expecting the Saints to be competing for anything next year. It'll be a burner season where you could literally put any quarterback behind center and have the same result. If we all go into 2025 with that reality in mind it will make it a lot easier to accept keeping Carr while waiting for better options in 2026.
