Dude was pretty much headed to the HOF and he pissed it away. Someone who lacks awareness and care like thst is a very dangerous hire.

I will give him these props the only time the Raiders have been relevant the last 30 years were during the Gruden years and Tampa after he was fired was irrelevant for over 10 years
