When a driver plows into a crowd it is either usually alcohol or terrorism. When they get out shooting it closes any questions.

I've never understood why it matters where someone is from when considering whether it is terrorism or not.

I'm with you on that. I'm Moreso replying to the posts where the mayor was saying "terrorism" and the feds were saying it's not, then the Mackel report indicating that, "well the mayor meant DOMESTIC terrorism" as if that was an aha moment. She was right. This was terrorism. But was anyone's first thought that this was something other than the mass violence we've become accustomed to in this country?
