Vehicle plows into crowd on Bourbon St., with 14 fatalities

WDSU interviewing Councilman Freddie King outside of University Medical Center right now. Seems to think right now there may be more involved (not sure how credible that is). He also briefly brought up the Howard Johnson's shooting of 51 years ago (which I think he's way too young to even remember). The bollard info is still not clear. There's also construction till going on at 700 and 800 blocks of Bourbon. He praised NOPD. Has not spoken to either of the officers.
