Vehicle plows into crowd on Bourbon St., with 14 fatalities

Clearly not a 'lone wolf'...which is scary for the city (and our entire country) right now.
Our lettered intelligence agencies have simply eroded to the point where none of this is shocking.
I am sure this was an opportunity attempt because of the near coming changes.
