Head Coach if there is no GM change
A lot of this depends on what you can sell a head coach. The one thing you can point to when talking to a candidate is that you'll be given time and that this is a patient organization unlike many others who will be filling their coaching vacancies. The Jets, while in much better shape, talent wise to build around, has an insanely crappy owner. The Giants, if they fire Daboll, have 3 playoff teams now, I include a healthy Dallas team next season. The NFC north has 3 playoff teams and is currently the most competitive division in football this season and probably going forward. Caleb Williams is a big unknown and tbh, he didn't play well vs ranked opponents in college, I don't think currently he's IT.
The NFC south is a wide open division, much easier to compete there than in the NFC north and east. Jacksonville could be a really attractive job if you think you can take T.law's game to the next level. Jets are a complete dumpster fire organization. Raiders are a complete dumpster fire organization. I do not believe the Saints are a dumpster fire organization but are for sure stagnant and I think some level of delusion took hold but after this season, that delusion *should* have been dispelled. While the Saints are in cap hell, no long term future at QB, the next coach knows he'll have time and thats more than what you can say about other jobs who regularly fire coaches after 1 season.
