Gruden ain't it. His time has passed. His second stint in Oakland was a bit of a disappointment. Yes, the team was getting better, but at its peak it was fighting tooth and nail for a wild card. Oakland was also such a disaster after Dennis Allen that it couldn't really get any worse. Jack Del Rio made it much better and somehow Gruden came in and made it worse and struggled to make the team compete for a wild card spot. I just can't see another Super Bowl appearance with Jon Gruden as Head Coach. But Stranger Things have also happened, so..
